Full-scale discussions began in February 2021, and with the cooperation of various parties, four months later, on June 1, our logistics operations began.

Warehouse Information <Tochigi Warehouse>
- Tochigi Warehouse, centralizes logistics bases and strongly supports operational efficiency and logistics cost improvement.
-
SN, which manufactures digital video display devices and develops and sells video display solutions, transitioned to a new management structure in November 2020. To review the efficiency of logistics related to repair parts, etc., the warehouse operations, which had been outsourced to various locations, were transferred to us.
SN had been operating repair parts for its products at its Nagano warehouse (1,200 tsubos) and Kanagawa warehouse (320 tsubos), and optional parts at its Chiba warehouse (215 tsubos).
By transferring these three warehouse operations to the Tochigi warehouse (2,100 tsubos) owned by the Sharp Group, SN was able to significantly reduce logistics costs (about 40% reduction in logistics costs) by reducing fixed costs (storage fees) and improving operational efficiency through consolidation, which greatly contributed to the company's business performance.
