We provide various quality and technical services, including after-sales service for device parts and semi-finished products, to customers (B2B) who handle electronic devices such as LCDs.

The nearest quality engineer will visit the customer's factory, etc., not only in Japan but globally, to check the symptoms and provide support for improvement.

Customer Service

Specialized quality engineering staff will provide various types of support, including visits to local delivery destinations.

We arrange for the establishment of an inspection and sorting system in Japan and overseas (target: start work within 48 hours).

Transportation and Storage Services

In collaboration with our specialized logistics team, we make full use of the global network of the Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn) Group to secure transportation and storage locations between users and manufacturers/trading companies around the world. We also respond to special requests such as logistics costs and express transportation that quality departments want to reduce.

In addition, we will respond to customer requests by utilizing the techniques cultivated in the Sharp Group's electronic device transportation.
