- Speedy support for import container arrangements

The customer imports panels for solar power generation from China, the production area. In 2021, the supply and demand of shipping containers will be tight, and other companies cannot secure containers, so the local factory had to wait for shipment.
We kept in close contact with local staff in China, and with JUSDA's negotiation power, we were able to smoothly import to Japan without having to wait on-site.
In addition to securing containers, we also offered freight rates that were more advantageous than other companies, which were soaring, and we were satisfied.

- Challenging the limits of lead time after arrival at Osaka Port

A customer was troubled by a situation in which the arrival of a container cargo ship was significantly delayed. After arrival at the Port of Osaka, the cargo cleared customs the next day and was shipped out CY for drayage delivery. The day after the vessel arrived at the port, the cargo was safely delivered to the warehouse in Fukuoka.
The strong teamwork between our company and our subcontractors made it possible to realize the shortest possible transportation, including CY delivery, customs clearance, removal, and overnight transportation.
The customer appreciates and thanked us for making up the delay and keeping to continue the contract.

- Meet the launch date of the new product.

The new product requested is cooking utensils. Importation requires a time-consuming examination of Food Sanitation Law-related "Notification of Importation of Foods. Production in China had already been delayed, and arrival in Japan was far behind schedule.
We submitted a notification to the quarantine station one week before the vessel's arrival, which allowed us to avoid the time-consuming import customs clearance process, and we were able to safely place the new products on the shelves of our distributors on the day of their launch.
We were able to meet all deadlines thanks to our early action to contact all related parties after carefully listening to our suppliers' delivery deadline information.
